Heeding the advise of someone more intelligent than myself, I went on a short ride with my son. The worn out feelings reported earlier have began to subside. Too bad tomorrow is a Monday.
Giro d'Italia: I know that most people who read this blog are not into competitive cycling in any form. European pro cycling is about the only sport I really follow other than hockey (only during the playoffs) and some boxing. If anybody is interested, stage 19 on Friday May 29, should be entertaining. Check out the finish location on the profile below.
Mount Vesuvius! Unfortunately they wont be cycling along the edge of the caldera with the lava, steam, and pyroclastic flows, that would be too cool for words. I should have my 12 year son draw a picture of what that might look like.
Fantastic idea for framing a picture...........i might have to try it
ReplyDeleteGlad you're feeling better.
ReplyDeleteI had a bit of the dropsy, myself, last week, so I am fully empathetic to the worn-out feeling. Glad to hear you're on the mend.
