Skeese Greets

One of the best things about buying and selling on Etsy are the interesting people that you meet. You don't actually meet face to face but through online conversations and reading peoples profiles you get to know a lot about them. A couple of days ago I received an Etsy conversation (you can communicate in Etsy) from Stacy who has an an Etsy shop called "Skeese Greets". Stacy was letting me know that she had done a short write up about our t shirts on her blog. I love hearing from people who enjoy our stuff.

Stacy makes greeting cards for the athletically minded. Her cards all feature designs made from bike chains, cogs, and chain rings and are sold in bike shops all over the U.S. as well as a few other countries.

Stacy lives in Austin and is a triathlete. More than that she actually has her own USAT sanctioned event, the Skeese Greets Women's Tri, held the last few years at the Texas Ski Ranch in New Braunfels. Judging from the photos its a very popular event.

With the holidays approaching you should consider supporting one of our fellow cyclist by picking up a card or two. Be sure to stop by her blog.

Stacy had also posted a write up on another Etsy shop called "Yabettasupadont" where you can buy unique rings and bike reflectors. I thought some of you slow bikers out there might be interested.

Thanks Stacy!
