Wash Those Panniers!

Lot's of cyclists out their are using grocery bag panniers to haul food home for the family. It sounds like throwing your food directly into the panniers without some type of washable liner may be risky. My wife brought this article to my attention and I thought I would share it with you guys.

Also, after conversing with Paul, A.K.A. Doohickie, for quite some time I finally ran into him on the Trinity Trails. It's alway's nice to be able to meet your online friends in person. Here's his post about the historic meeting.

  2. That was from a different day, but yeah, I rode my bike quite a few miles that day. I was on the English 3-speed that day too!

  3. I'm getting really jealous of you online people who get to actually see each other sometimes... but I guess that's what I get for being a self-professed cycling loner.

Nice blog you've got here Miles! I'm off to read more. You had me at "pannier"...

  4. Paddy-I sure it was well deserved. I'm not much of a beer drinker but that cold glass looks pretty good right now.

Doohickie-I still can't get over the weight of that bike you were on! That was heavy.

Twister-I think he was at one of the drinking establishments in the TCU area if I remember correctly

Rantwick-Other than occasional rides with my son I'm also a cycling loner. Thanks for stopping by.
